Mark A. Waller

Mark’s practice is concentrated in business, real estate, financing, and estate planning matters, allowing him to advise clients with a holistic view of both their professional and personal objectives and to help avoid gaps and unintended consequences that can arise when these legal matters are addressed in isolation. He began his career at a large, regional law firm, representing clients in business sales, acquisitions, and mergers, as well as real estate and financing transactions, entity formation, corporate governance, and general contract negotiation.

Mark has also worked as an in-house attorney for a large residential and commercial real estate developer, where he advised extensively on real estate purchases, sales, leasing, financing, entitlements, Department of Real Estate compliance, development and construction, and general business matters.

Mark’s estate planning practice focuses on helping individuals, families, and business owners create clear, thoughtful plans tailored to their unique circumstances and long-term goals. He advises clients on trusts, wills, and related planning strategies designed to protect loved ones, preserve assets, and provide peace of mind. For business owners, this often includes integrating estate planning with ownership structures and succession planning.

When he is not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. You will often find him outdoors, whether hiking, biking, or riding dirt bikes. He is also always ready for a Chipotle burrito.
