Jennifer E. Larson

As a transactional attorney, Jennifer provides legal assistance to both individuals and businesses. She assists clients in all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of living trusts, wills, health care directives and financial powers of attorney. Jennifer also helps clients with complex tax planning strategies, including irrevocable life insurance trusts, dynasty trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable trusts and various other wealth transfer techniques. Jennifer handles probates and trust administrations, including the preparation of estate tax returns. She also advises clients with regard to various corporate law and business issues, including entity formation, buy-sell agreements, employment law, intellectual property, real property and the negotiation, preparation and review of various other contracts.

Jennifer strives to offer thoughtful and practical solutions tailored to meet the goals of each individual client. Prior to her work in private practice, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis L. Beck, United States Magistrate Judge.

Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and following the adventures of her two college-age sons.
